Age 26, I began long-term therapy. Within a few weeks of starting therapy, I wrote my first piece to help describe my overwhelming feelings.

Since this, writing has become a cathartic coping mechanism in the face of emotional crisis.

I enjoy finding patterns between nature and human behaviour, and this is a common theme within my writing pieces. My writing tends to try to convey my life experiences through metaphor, to help others understand and hopefully allow others to relate.
